Michael Moritz Daffinger (Vienna, 1790 - 1849) was a painter of porcelain factory in Vienna mainly known as a miniaturist. He is the son of a painter in the porcelain factory in Vienna (Austria). There between himself as an apprentice in 1801 and pursued a career in this business until 1810. In conjunction with its activity as a painter of porcelain, he followed the teaching of the Vienna Academy where he won the First Prize drawing in 1804.
